Our company can carry out Periodic Inspections on an existing electrical installation (Electrical Installation Condition Report) and provide certifications for all work carried out by us.
Regulation and Legislation
With the changes in the building regulations to include Part P, which concerns domestic electrical installation and maintenance. It is now a legal requirement for all domestic electrical work to comply with the relevant 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671. This includes the latest amendments and you will need to demonstrate this when selling, renting, insuring and most importantly- for maintaining the safety of people using the premises. We ensure that all our work is carried out by certified electrical engineers.
